The R-EVO Championship is born: TBKART’s new national series debuts in 2026
TBKART officially announces the launch of the R-EVO Championship, the new Arrive & Drive championship that will debut in the 2026 season, with the aim of offering a technical and balanced competition to all participating drivers.
The R-EVO Championship began as a national series consisting of six events and stands out for its clear rules, controlled participation costs and strong focus on technical parity, all of which are fundamental elements for ensuring competitive races and spectacular action on the track.
The championship is reserved for two categories:
· Senior Light
· Senior Heavy
Both categories use the TBKART S197 chassis combined with a Rotax Max Junior Evo engine, with different minimum weights for the two categories.
The competition format consists of two heats for each round, with a scoring system that rewards consistency and performance in each individual race. The extremely detailed technical regulations ensure compliance with the original specifications of the components, from the engine and tyres to the racing clothing, in order to protect fair play and competitiveness.
